Cancellation of tickets via the website is not possible during the changeover. Contact our guest service: 030 322 931 322 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Tickets booked in the app can still be cancelled in the app.
The conclusion of Yorck Unlimited is temporarily not possible. Existing contracts are not affected.
