Up to 90 minutes before the movie starts, you can easily cancel your booking online and receive a voucher for future purchases (except special events**).

How do I collect points for snacks, drinks and ticket purchases at the box office?

Once you've registered for free membership, your credentials will be valid for both our website and our free Yorck app.To collect points on site, you can prove your membership with a digital card that is automatically stored for you in our app. Simply download our apps and show the code at our cash registers.If you wish, you can also get a physical membership card by showing the code.

Why do you offer a Yorck membership for Munich?

City Kinos Munich is a partner cinema of the Yorck Kinogruppe. We share a common infrastructure. This allows our members to enjoy the benefits of their membership at the cinemas in both cities.

How do I get the Online Discount when booking?

Make sure you are signed into your account when starting the booking. On the ticket selection page, choose the Mitglieder-Ticket instead of the Standard price – note: it is only displayed when you're signed in.
