A group of masked climate activists are chased through the forest by the police. One activist wears an Angela Merkel mask and manages to escape, but falls into a ravine. The reality in which Merkel wakes up resembles a parallel world. She encounters a hidden commune that has declared its independence from the failed German state. But Merkel remains an outsider. As tensions rise, friend and foe begin to change constantly around her.
