34 years ago, on November 9, the premiere of 'Coming Out', the first and only homo film in the GDR, took place at Kino International. The audience did not hear about the opening of the Wall until after the premiere screening. The story of the young teacher Philipp and his coming out is not least closely connected with the gay scene in East Berlin; unfortunately, many of the locations no longer exist.
