Robert is 17 years old and dreams of a career in music. But he isn’t Central African like the others; he’s a Congolese refugee. When his parents are arrested, he has to take care of his siblings, get by with odd jobs while preparing for his school exams, and at the same time avoid the militias. One day, he learns that a music competition is being held. Winning it becomes his only hope.
