Investment banker Linda Bachmann sets off with her team to the Scottish Highlands to take part in a team-building seminar together. However, in view of the poor annual balance sheet and the threat of restructuring, the relaxed weekend does not look good. Add to that the uncomfortable estate and the seminar leader's idiosyncratic methods. When the lord's favourite peacock disappears, the events take on absurd proportions.
