Donnie Darko could be a normal teenager. But he has a mental problem - a three-meter tall, rather demonic rabbit called Frank. At night, when everything is asleep, his sonorous voice speaks to him and gives him advice and predictions for the future. The psychologist hired by Donnie's parents is just as baffled as the motivational speaker or the class teacher. When Frank tells Donnie that the world will end in almost exactly 28 days, 6 hours, 42 minutes and 12 seconds, good advice is really expensive.
