Where it would be easier to look away, we pay close attention – recording all that could disappear: a woman tells herself her own story; faced with the prospect of death, an ailing individual dreams themself into space; and a man scours archives for traces of violence and friendship. Five evocative works gather together poems, archival images and tapes, in an effort to document loss, radical change and opposition – until a different future becomes conceivable.
