Joana Mallwitz is a conductor. A profession that is still considered by many to be a male domain. Discovered early on as an exceptional talent, she was the youngest female general music director in Europe before becoming chief conductor of the Konzerthausorchester Berlin in August 2023. The film follows her for two years on her way there. During this time, Mallwitz can expect several debuts in Munich, Paris, Salzburg and Amsterdam.
