The real voices of 68-year-old Ana, 69-year-old Patricia and 71-year-old Mayela are embodied in a fiction that portrays their memories, experiences and relationships as well as their approach to sexuality and femininity in a repressive time and place. They themselves do not dare to step in front of the camera, and so the film finds a very poetic way: three narratives, three real voices and the fictional level combine in a unique way to create an audiovisual conversation about taboo subjects.
