Filmmaker Joana Georgi follows five Berlin activists for a year through their everyday lives and their engagement with “Fridays for Future”, “Deutsche Wohnen & Co. enteignen”, the Berlin hospital movement and the reappraisal of racially motivated violence. In an increasingly divided and polarized world, they represent a new generation that is raising its voice to stand up for a fairer future, free from thought prohibitions and dogmatic legacies.
