Erika Kohut teaches piano at the conservatory in Vienna. She is in her early forties and lives with her strictly controlling mother. Sometimes she escapes from this environment and visits porn cinemas or peep shows. She experiences sexuality as a voyeur. Until one day one of her students gets it into his head to seduce her. After a first unsuccessful attempt at rapprochement, they both try to continue the game, each according to their own rules.
