This Stolen Country of Mine

Documentary

93 min

-

The documentary is about China's massive hunger for natural resources and how aggressively China has moved over the last decade to gain access to these resources in Africa and Latin America. China does not ask "difficult human rights questions" and has no problem dealing with authoritarian regimes. The film takes us to Latin America, to a country with immense natural resource reserves, untouched nature and a corrupt leadership: Ecuador.
