In late 1960s hippie London, the young, idealistic Icelander Kristofer works as a kitchen assistant in a Japanese restaurant. Here he falls in love with Miko, the daughter of the owner. More than 50 years later, the two have not seen each other for a long time. When the corona pandemic forces Kristofer to close his restaurant, he flies back to London to search for Miko, whom he has never really been able to forget.
