The figure of Arthur Rimbaud introduces a sharp essay on the contemporary roles of queerness, revolution, and the arts. Here, among others, Emma Goldman, Marsha P. Johnson, and Andy Warhol are embodied in order to open a new dialogue with the ghosts of renowned revolutionary queers (aka freaks), and thereby to question the status quo. This essay film offers a space for free critique and reflection.
