About

SOUTHERN EDGE is the latest adventure from legendary freesurfer Torren Martyn and his best friend, filmmaker Ishka Folkwell. Together, they venture out into the rough seas off Tasmania in small sailing kayaks. NOTHING BUT BLUE is an intimate portrait of Germany’s top surfer, Tim Elter, and his uncompromising passion for dangerous waves. Away from the Olympics, competitions, and the hustle and bustle of the podium, Tim seeks not only freedom but also himself in the rush of the waves.
