Passage

We are delighted to present the third edition of the Usina Berlin Ibero-American Short Film Festival, featuring a curated selection of five short films presented at the 2026 Berlinale.

‎‎

Representing Argentina, Mexico, Spain, Brazil, and Colombia, these works showcase the richness and diversity of contemporary cinema from the region. From vampire-infused nights in Buenos Aires to Indigenous territories in the Amazon rainforest, these films explore themes of desire, identity, memory, and the fragile boundaries between the known and the unknown.

‎‎

The festival is organized in collaboration with ugbb – Usina de Guiones Breves en Berlín, Germany’s first Spanish-language screenwriting lab dedicated to short films.
