"Bin nebenan" is a panorama of episodes about contemporaries and their attempts at furnishing: people who paint their walls mint and light blue to protect themselves against the threatening outside. All of them bizarre, lonely and insecure people who fight battles for survival with themselves and their immediate surroundings in their little parallel universes.
