On July 27, Kant Kino invites you to a special screening of the theater adaptation of DIE ERMITTLUNG. The director RP Kahl will be present to give a Q&A.

About

The film focuses on a judge, a defense lawyer and a prosecutor who meet 28 witnesses during the trial who talk about their experiences and observations in Auschwitz. A further 11 witnesses from the former camp administration testify in court. The 18 defendants are confronted with descriptions of the witnesses during the trial and are asked to take a stand.
