About

Takumi and his daughter Hana live in the village of Mizubiki near Tokyo. Like generations before them, they lead a modest life in harmony with the annual cycles and the order of nature. One day, a plan to build a luxury campground near Takumi's house comes to the attention of the villagers. When two representatives of the company from Tokyo arrive in the village for a meeting, it becomes clear that their plans will have a negative impact on the local water supply and cause unrest in the village.
