Springtime in Amsterdam is the first film created by the internationally renowned opera director Christof Loy. A film that follows the style established by Jacques Demy and references musical films with Yvonne Printemps and Sacha Guitry, but at the same time is timelessly modern and evokes a melancholy that seems long forgotten.
