The KOSO Film Festival brings the best and most talented young filmmakers – both men and women – from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to the big screen. Selected short films by up-and-coming filmmakers between the ages of 12 and 18 showcase the full diversity of youth cinema – from drama and comedy to thrillers and animation. But it’s not just the films that are celebrated: The coveted KOSO Awards recognize outstanding achievements both in front of and behind the camera. And at the grand finale, the audience itself decides on its favorite.
