There are concerts, and then there are milestones. Marius Müller-Westernhagen's “Halleluja Tour” was one such milestone. For this exclusive cinema event, the original footage of the concert in Hamburg's Sporthalle in 1989 has been carefully restored. The audience not only experiences the film in brilliant, remastered picture quality, but also hears it for the first time in a powerful new Dolby Atmos mix. A sound experience that transports viewers directly into the hall of 1989.

About

Marius Müller-Westernhagen's “Halleluja Tour” fundamentally changed German live culture, and the accompanying album “LIVE” became one of the most successful German recordings of all time. Recorded at the Sporthalle in Hamburg in December 1989—just a few weeks after the fall of the Berlin Wall—the film, shot by star directors DoRo (Rudi Dolezal and Hannes Rossacher), captures the energy and euphoric mood of the time and shows Westernhagen at the zenith of his career.
